A short solo tuba piece based on a poem by Federico García Lorca. Utilizing multiphonics and distorted timbres the piece seeks to evoke something dark and twisted.
CAVE
From the cave come endless sobbings.

The gypsy calls forth the distance
(Tall towers and mysterious men.)
In an unsteady voice his eyes wander.

And the white-washed cave
